Born in Orange Park, FL, he spent most of his career in the #USL, with 1 #MLS season.

His only cap came a 4–1 loss to Peru on 10/16/96. Cozier was called up when the regular #USMNT players went on strike. He came on in the 32’, replacing Jean Harbor.
