He made 46 USMNT caps, netting five goals between 2008-14. His first came in the Gold Cup Semifinal against 🇭🇳 on July 23, 2009.

Born on May 17, 1974, in Cerritos, CA, the winger played with San Jose Clash until 1999 before playing with four clubs in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 before returning to 🇺🇸 to finish his career with the LA Galaxy.

Lewis scored 10 goals in 82 USMNT caps. His final goal was the winner in a 1-0 victory over 🇧🇧 during World Cup qualifying on June 22, 2008.
