Tab Ramos takes this long free-kick and Peter Vermes heads in toward the goal. After a José Gómez save, Alexi Lalas is the quickest to pounce, though the ball never appears to cross the line. John Doyle also had a claim for the goal.

Player Profile: Davy Arnaud

Born on June 22, 1980, in Nederland, TX, the midfielder was drafted by the Kansas City Wizards in 2002 and moved to Montreal Impact in 2012. He moved to the DC United a year later and retired a year after that.

He seven caps for the USMNT, scoring once. That goal came against 🇭🇹 in the Gold Cup on July 11, 2009.
