Born on June 6, 1995, in Tampa, FL, the midfielder started his pro career coming out of the Bayern Munich youth setup in 2013 before a couple loans and eventual sale to VfB Stuttgart four years later. He is currently at Greuther Fürth.

Green has made 15 USMNT caps, netting four goals, including one in the 2014 World Cup. His most recent goal came in a 1-1 draw with 🇫🇷 on June 9, 2018.
