Born on July 3, 1963, in Ontario, CA, the defender start in different leagues in the 馃嚭馃嚫 before moving to 馃嚥馃嚱 for six seasons. He played three seasons in MLS before retiring in 1998.

He made 12 caps for the USMNT between 1993-1994, scoring once. That goal was golden in the 103' in the Gold Cup Semifinal against 馃嚚馃嚪 on July 21, 1993.
