Born on June 17, 1979, in Montclair, CA, the goalkeeper started his career with the Miami Fusion before moving to DC United in 2002. He moved to Real Salt Lake in 2006, where he would spend the rest of his career, retiring in 2019.

He made 22 caps for the USMNT. He has earned 10 wins (sixth in team history) and five clean sheets. Here is a save to preserve one of these wins and clean sheets in the 1-0 victory over ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฟ on Sept 3, 2014.
