Born on July 11, 1985, in Attleboro, MA, the defender was drafted by Houston Dynamo in 2008. He moved to ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ in 2012 to play with Stoke City and he is currently at Queens Park Rangers.

He has made 55 USMNT caps, scoring four goals. His last goal was the second in a 4-0 win over ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡น on March 29, 2016.
