This was the first match after the 2006 World Cup and the Americans look basically a new side plus Landon Donovan.

44’
Trailing 1-0, Ricardo Clark was fouled in the box. Donovan converts the penalty.

57’
With this being the camp after a World Cup year, new faces appear and Jonathan Bornstein was making his first cap.

The defender benefited from some crafty dribbling from Justin Mapp, who’s making his second cap.

Bornstein finished off the cross for his first international goal.

80’
Speaking of debutants, Kenny Cooper came on in the 63rd for Eddie Johnson for his first cap.
After a Heath Pearce interception, the pass was played into Cooper and the forward took off before finishing under Jesper Christiansen.

Great start to the Bob Bradley era.
