Born in Birmingham, Eng, the defender moved to Minnesota in 1976 after a move from #WBA to the Kicks. He would play the next 7 years in the USA, retiring in 1983.

His lone cap was on Apr 8, 1983, in a 2-0 win over Haiti, where he started.
