On May 26, 2003, in a 2-0 win over 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Wales, Eskandarian came on for Kirovski in the 89th minute.

"Thanks for the shout! Wish I could’ve contributed more to the USMNT but it is what it is..

Story behind the 🤫 is that I scored a goal with the US Olympic Team in Mexico. 60,000 Mexican fans began chanting Osama bin Laden’s name (it was shortly after 9/11). This was my response."
